The Site provides information about the travel-planning and advisory services offered by Whutzthat Travel, a Travelmation Independent Travel Consultant. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer, guarantee, or binding quote, and availability, pricing, itineraries, and supplier promotions may change at any time without notice.
2. No professional, financial, or medical advice
Information on the Site — including destination guides, travel tips, and references to health, safety, or entry requirements — is general in nature and may not be current or applicable to your circumstances. It does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, medical, or immigration advice. The Site may contain links to, or embed forms and content from, third-party websites and services (for example, travel-supplier sites, intake and booking forms, mapping tools, and web fonts). You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whutzthat Travel and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
